GNU Mailman Documentation |

I am currently working on the documentation for the GNU Mailman mail list manager program. Before downloading, please note the following personal FAQ items:
Beginning with the release of the version 2 documents, these documents will be available through the GNU Free Documentation License (GFDL). Thanks to Aurora University for their contribution of my time in writing the original documentation.
I had originally planned three documents based on the intended audience.
User documentation: information for people who are list subscribers. This document will be short, sweet, and contain only stuff that the end users need to know. In most educational institutions the intended audience for this document is the students.
List manager documentation: this document will contain information for
list managers (owners). It will be a plain-language explanation of all of
the configuration screens and options for their list. In most educational
institutions the intended audience for this document would be instructors
who have mail lists for their class. This document will not assume any great
technical competence or access to the shell.
(Note: I have added a 2 page quick reference guide. We now have about
20 "normal" people running lists and the quick reference actually
takes care of every question that I have ever been asked, honest.)
System administrator documentation: available at www.list.org.
