Die

Bremer Stadtmusikanten

Ein Märchen

von den

Brüdern Grimm

At the end of this part of our unit on German fairy tales you should be able to retell the story of another fairy tale by the Grimm brothers. This tale may be less familiar to you than Rotkäppchen was.  By the time you finish the exercises in this exercise you shouldbe able to summarize the story in written form and be able to write a script for a dramatization of the tale. The two most important elements that you will have to be able to control are again vocabulary as it applies to Die Bremer Stadtmusikanten and the past tense used to narrate.
