    By the end of this unit, you should be able to use numbers in various situations, glean useful information about dining out from an authentic text (a guide to Paris), recognize cognates, develop pronunciation skills, discuss options related to restaurant situations, familiarize yourself with unit vocabulary, and begin to develop a deeper understanding of French culture.
